Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders across India — single units and bulk orders.
• Orders are dispatched from Ghaziabad, India 201009.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your city.
• GST invoice available with every order.

Returns

• Supplements are food products. For your safety, we don't take back products that were delivered correctly and in good condition — once a food item leaves our hands, we can't guarantee how it was stored, so it can't be resold to another customer.
• No returns on food items, except in these 3 cases — raise it within 7 days of delivery:
  • Damaged in transit — broken seal, leaking, crushed or dented container,
  • Product mismatch — you received a different item, size or flavour than you ordered, or
  • Not genuine — the product fails authenticity / verification checks.
• Raise the return on WhatsApp +91 85952 42400 or email nutritionstocksupport@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the product and package (an unboxing video helps us resolve it faster).
• There is no return shipping charge — since returns are only for transit damage, mismatch or authenticity issues, we cover the cost.
• Once our team verifies the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
